FREE SHIPPING / FREIGHT ITEM DELIVERY POLICY: CURBSIDE DELIVERY ON ALL FREIGHT ITEM DELIVERIES. Inquire to purchase inside, or white glove delivery service if available.

Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery date & time, usually within 2 - 7 business days of shipment date.

You must inspect shipment packaging at time of delivery, and make notation on the carrier's  documentation of visible damages.

If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, note the BOL “refused due to damage” and contact The Alley Exchange immediately.

By signing for your delivery without noting damages to your shipment, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect. See Complete Return & Exchange Policy Here

Customer is responsible for shipping fees on freight items for any of the following reasons:

  • You refuse a delivery without inspection
  • You miss a delivery appointment and / or have the freight company hold your shipment for a period of time, and daily storage fees have accrued.

Last Minute Cancellations:

Customers will be charged cancellation fees on orders that have already been processed, packed and ready to ship. Fees include: Warehouse re-stocking and packing material fees, freight pick up cancellation fees and card processing fees. Please inquire about fee pricing as each supplier, warehouse and freight company's fees vary. 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA: Please Allow 2-7 business days for items to ship on most in stock orders. Please allow more time for orders during the holiday seasons. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING: We do ship with customer's own freight forwarding service. Please contact us. No direct international shipping at this time.

WALLPAPER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship wallpaper internationally. International wallpaper sales are final. Please contact us.
